The Organic Black Cohosh Tea is an earthy root and is primarily used to treat menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, vertigo, and nervousness.
It is not recommended that women who are pregnant or nursing drink this tea as it can stimulate contractions and affect hormone levels.
The Organic Black Cohosh Tea has a nutty, earthy flavor with a slight bitterness.
Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to 8 oz of boiling temperature water
Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes
For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
